Who we are
This policy covers northeon.ai, run by Northeon Logistics Co Pty Ltd (ACN 700 277 318), referred to here as Northeon, we or us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms or by email: your name, work email, company, phone number, role, freight spend range and anything you write in your message.
- Website usage data collected by Google Analytics through cookies, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and run a Freight Confidence Check if you ask for one.
- To tell you about our services where you would reasonably expect it. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that host and run our systems and analytics, and with our partner Steadfast Logistics where that is needed to deliver a service you have asked for. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing hello@northeon.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
